PolyPow
- PolyPow is a mixture of high-purity, “Food” grade sodium polyphosphate for use in the food industry and can be used in drinking water treatment to prevent and protect pipes from lime scale and corrosion especially in the case of very hard water.The product can be used in all commercial proportional feeders.
- Its method of use is simple and safe. The powder is mixed with water in the proportions suggested on the package, and once the mixture has hardened the cartridge produced is ready to be used in the metering filter. The time required to prepare and harden the product is variable and related to the characteristics of the water (hardness; temperature; etc.). For safe dosing, polyphosphate concentrations in drinking water should NOT exceed 5 mg/liter (use only proportional apparatuses and dosers for dosing)., so use quality proportional filters.
- PolyPow is suitable for food use, of the highest quality odorless and white in color, the powders are a mixture of various particle sizes to better thicken and form a solid and uniform product.
- Do not substitute PolyPow for polyphosphate crystals and vice versa, they are two completely different products with completely different methods of use.
